• 16 May 2020: the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) established a Memorandum of Understanding aiming at developing green financing and enabling small and medium-sized businesses to receive financial products and services.
• 05 May 2020: ADB and GoM signed $40 million in loans including $2 million Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction (JFPR) grant to support the modernization of government-owned irrigation networks and vegetable production in Mongolia
• 30 April 2020: Deputy Agriculture Minister meets Mongolia’s Honorary Consul to Uzbekistan. Both sides talked about exporting beef to Uzbekistan and importing fruit, berries, and white rice from Uzbekistan and cooperating in the organic food industry.
• 17 April 2020: FAO and the MoFALI signed a USD 62 thousand technical assistance project document on food security and nutrition.
• 2 April 2020: MoFALI and the Mongolian National Crop Farmers Association signed a memorandum of cooperation in crop farming sector.
• 2 April 2020: First handbook on sustainable production for Mongolian wool and cashmere industry published.

MASL is an ambitious action plan that has been approved by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Light Industry (MoFALI) of Mongolia in 2018. The Overall implementation of MASL relevant goals is ensured through the new National herder program.This web page application is a beta version to visualize the plan and its various links with other stakeholders and the UN SDGs.
